A senior level /chartered certified accountant.
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They must be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Tax accounting, financial accounting, and management accounting, Financial Statement Audits
Monthly business accounts, bank accounts, credit card reconciliation
Maintaining business ledger(s)
Recording daily financials
Bookkeeping ledgers
A/P, A/R
Run monthly trial balance ensuring general ledgers are in balance
Work closely with CPA
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Qualifications:

Excel Spreadsheets
Experienced in managing all bookkeeping
5+ years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics or higher
CPA preferred
