Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with extensive knowledge of QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial statements, handling collections, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. Please note: No agencies should apply. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Oversee collections and ensure timely payments
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial controls
Prepare and file tax documents as required
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as an accountant, with a well-established history of success in accounting and collections
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
