We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Bookkeeper to join our home-office team in Riverside (92507).
We recently relocated from Los Angeles, and our longtime bookkeeper didn’t come with us. Now we urgently need someone to:
✅ Do our 2024 books ASAP - MAYDAY
✅ Bring 2025 records up to date and then maintained on an easier schedule.
✅ Accurately enter bank statement data
✅ Integrate payroll data from Paychex
✅ Ensure all reports are organized, clean, and ready for tax filings
Requirements:
5+ years professional bookkeeping experience
Expert-level QuickBooks skills (desktop and online)
Solid understanding of reconciling bank accounts and handling payroll data
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent references (verifiable, please)
Must be okay with a background check
Able to start immediately

Location: Private home office, Riverside, CA 92507
Flexible hours but must work on-site
