We are a busy family-owned-business located in Murrieta, CA that is expanding and in need of a project manager to oversee production of residential reconstruction jobs after they have suffered flood or fire damage. We are seeking an experienced restoration project manager, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities include:
1) Working with homeowners to get their jobs started and quickly completed with quality.
2) Working with insurance adjusters on behalf of the homeowner to agree on work scope and facilitate the insurance process.
3) Taking care of our homeowners and creating a happy experience for them.
4.) Overseeing and managing a team of subcontractors to execute construction projects.
5.) Writing estimates using Xactimate estimating software, and tracking project progress.
6.) Driving/visiting projects for job walks and collecting payments from homeowners.

Requirements:
Associate's degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience in residential construction or similar field preferred, not required
Reliable transportation/ Drivers license and willing to drive to Inland Empire and San Diego area
