We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team — someone who is organized, self-driven, and ready to take ownership of their projects while bringing or developing their own book of clientele.
Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple abatement projects from start to finish (asbestos, lead, mold, etc.)
-Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe and timely project completion
-Prepare bids, estimates, and project documentation
-Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations
-Build and maintain client relationships; bring in new clientele or leverage existing contacts to help grow company business
-Track project budgets, costs, and profitability
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental or abatement project management (asbestos, lead, or related fields)
-Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.)
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
-Must have the ability to bring in clientele (existing contacts strongly preferred)
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
