Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company—educating homeowners about solar energy, building trust through direct interaction, and closing deals that create life-changing savings for families. No prior solar experience is required—we provide all the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door prospecting
Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and financial savings
Build rapport, establish trust, and overcome objections with confidence

Work closely with trainers, mentors, and team leaders to continually improve performance
Commit to daily and weekly activity goals that drive results
