Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient operations, and the delivery of exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
Order and Inventory Oversight: Oversee client accounts to ensure orders are processed accurately and inventory levels are properly maintained.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, operations) to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Relay information to our clients so there they feel taken serviced and happy.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics for client accounts and provide regular updates and reports.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or logistics (3PL experience preferred).
Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using 3PL Central / Extensiv WMS and standard office software, Google Workspace (etc).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
