Looking for an experienced CSR in the city of Fontana
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and issue resolution.
Utilize strong data entry skills to accurately input and update customer information in the system.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in relation to warehouse management and freight activities.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and client relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in data entry and call center environments
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Background in sales and outbound calling is advantageous
Familiarity with warehouse management processes is preferred
CSR's needed for city of Fontana
Must have experience with WMS software
Minimum 3 years of experience
Must have window clerk experience
Must be reliable/ on time
Must be flexible with schedule
1st shift available
Will be doing overtime as needed
Must having logistics experience
Must be able to support staff at traffic windows as well
Long term position, 40 hours a week and OT as needed
Synapse/Oracle WMS software experience a plus
Excel savvy a plus
Willing to start ASAP
