Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative / Clerk to join our legal document preparation office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical duties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet clients in person, providing a welcoming and friendly experience.
Answer and manage incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients.
Provide weekly status reports to management regarding client interactions and case progress.
Use office equipment, including copier, scanner, and office phones.
Assist clients with general inquiries about services and schedule appointments.
Perform data entry, file management, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
Proficient in using office equipment (copier, office phone, etc.).
Ability to meet and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
Experience with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Location: Our office is located near the Historic Courthouse at 240 W 5th Street, San Bernardino, CA.
