Skills and qualifications
Entry-level basic office skills, including:
· Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative familiar in a warehouse atmosphere. (Management is not interested in CSR for store or medical clientele)
· Experience in Excel, work with spreadsheets, delivery tickets, sales order and purchase orders.
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Will train in our procedures
· Bilingual a plus
· Experienced in SAP computer program a plus, however, we will train
Responsibilities
· Manage time sensitive deadlines
· Detail oriented, organized
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information
· Handle customer complaints or any issues that come up, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Willing and able to work under pressure
· Quick learner, good communication skills
· Multitask as a floater in all departments. Quick learner, experience in basic computer skills needed.
