Wilderness Lakes - Thousand Trails in Menifee is seeking a Customer Service Agent/ Ranger for our busy, resort-style campground.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the RV Resort Community. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing reservations, serving as the first point of contact for guests, providing customer service, and patrolling the community as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and register incoming members and guests.
- Maintain the appearance of the front entrance and ranger station. Distribute information to members and guests upon arrival, and accurately respond to questions regarding park rules and regulations.
- Provide detailed reservation information to the manager as needed.
- Record and secure all fees collected at the ranger station.
- Answer telephone and radio calls, relaying messages to staff and members.
- Make reservations in person and over the phone, responding to a high volume of inquiries.
- Process reservations or cancellations in DigiRez, our point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and process credit card transactions for reservations. Reconcile cash and credit records.
- Secure facilities and amenities.
- Intervene in resort disturbances and address member and guest complaints.
- Patrol the resort to ensure compliance with resort rules and policies.
- Perform on-call emergency services as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Full Time - 25+ hours a week
Must be available weekends and nights
