Bilingual Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, sales and analytics to optimize performance across various channels.

Responsibilities

Create, Manage, Optimize, and Improve our 3rd party seller channel listings on: Amazon,Shopify, TikToketc. Including but not limited to title, descriptions, images, reviews, prices, promotions, deals, product specs, customer questions etc

Provide customer service such as answer emails, calls, and process orders

Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Amazon, Facebook,TikTok, etc.), with ability to HOST LIVES

Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images across all platforms.

Ability to think critically and problem solve

Intermediate to Advanced computer skills

Ability to multitask effectively

Identify and resolve operational issues within marketplace channels.

Experience

Proven experience in social media marketing

Understanding of all merchandising and marketing levers that drive ecommerce growth

Prior experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or account management.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience in branding initiatives that align with business goals is highly desirable.

Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop.

Experience in online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and decision-making
