Part-Time Clerical
Hours:10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Must live locally to incase any overtime is needed.
-exp in filing paperwork, data entry , and phone and in person service.
- At least 1+ year of office experience
- Fluent in English , Bilingual preferred!
Full time Customer Service
Shift: 9-5:30pm
Training Shift: 7-3:30pm (temp schedule, may change)
Requirements
Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues by identifying the issue and best method of resolution
Conscientiously and thoroughly delivering support to our customers using a variety of channels (chat, email, calls, etc)
Procedurally diagnosing hardware and software issues by analyzing symptoms
Other duties as necessary for a growing department
Qualifications:
Passion for both PC Gaming and hardware
1+ years of Customer Service Experience
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Patience and empathy for our customers’ situations
Excellent attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and improve
Preferred Qualities: Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
