Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will at the forefront of our agency, answering multiple phone lines and providing top-Noch customer service to our valued clients. You will have the chance to assist clients with policy changes, process insurance payments and handled various clerical duties while working alongside experienced agents and associates.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with policy change request.
Handled evidence of Insurance.
Document each customer contact in our E-agent system.
Greet clients with a friendly manner when they enter the office.
Process premium payment from clients.
Ask for customer referrals.
Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to provide additional financial products.
Verify and update customer information during each contact.
Answer incoming calls promptly.
Return all phone calls and messages in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly recommended.
