Onsite, Full-Time Shipping Coordinator/Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Support

Hours:
Minimum of 30 hours a week but can be up to 40 hours if preferred: Monday through Friday (6 hour days 10am-4pm required)
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry for Sales Orders and Accounts Payable
Process orders for shipping through our software system, including printing shipping labels and billing and/or collecting credit card payment
Obtain international and freight shipping quotes from our vendors and schedule freight pick-ups and deliveries
Phone and email communication with customers related to shipping and payment issues
Requirements:
Experience using Microsoft Outlook
Organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer facing correspondence
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Compensation:
