OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Sales Support / Customer Service Coordinator who will support daily interactions and communication with the Sales department, Finance department, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Marketing department. This critical person will be the customer advocate to ensure all departments are working to get orders shipped to the customer on time and as expected.

As a Marquee Products employee you should showcase excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Email etiquette and telephone etiquette must be top notch and all internal and external interactions should be treated with professional courtesy and a sense of urgency. Proactive and results-oriented drive is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the point of contact for customer orders and warehouse coordination

Communicate daily to customers and sales reps on the status of orders or other inquiries.

Ability to escalate any urgent orders or high profile customer requests

Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner

Process and confirm accuracy of orders, order quantity minimums, pricing, terms

Track status of open purchase orders weekly to ensure when product availability will be available to ship

Process and inquire into claims of damage, shortage, mis-shipments.

Work with external and internal customers, including suppliers.

Billing and invoicing daily shipments.

Set up customer account profiles within our system.

Process and assist with sample order processing

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work 40 hrs a week, Mon - Fri

Hands on experience with customer service (2 years min)

An ability to grasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement.

Knowledge and experience with MS Office (MS Outlook and Excel in particular)

Experience with NetSuite will be a hiring advantage, but knowledge of a CRM and ERP system will suffice.

Experience in distribution, manufacturing, and/or foodservice industry is preferred but not required.

Work is in office five days per week.

Marquee Products specializes in providing disposable solutions in the foodservice and janitorial/sanitation industry. We work with wholesale distributors and regularly service restaurant chains, hotels, hospitals, universities, and venues. Privately held and based in Rialto, California. We work with both domestic and international suppliers.

The position may be based in Rancho Cucamonga or Rialto or both.
