Catalina Research Institute, LLC is enrolling Healthy Individuals for a preventative flu vaccine study.
About the study
This is a Phase 2b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled vaccine study. Enrolling patients who are not at risk of developing complications from influenza. Subjects must be in stable health and no medical conditions diagnosed; this is specifically for Healthy Volunteers. Subjects may not receive seasonal influenza vaccine prior to participation and during the entire study period. There will be an electronic diary that patients will be entering throughout the study participation, patients must be willing to keep up with diary entries. Duration for study is 29 weeks, compensation is per completed visits $100 per visit. There will be 8 visits, the initial screening visit will be approximately 2 hours. On the first visit patients will be receiving 3 subcutaneous injections (arm, thigh and abdominal). The ratio of placebo to study drug is 1:1:1:1, there will only be 3 study injections throughout the study.
