Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining my calendar, scheduling client meetings and site visits, handling communications, organizing office supplies, writing proposals, managing invoicing and financial records, tracking ongoing projects, and assisting with marketing efforts such as taking videos and photos. The role also involves client relations, helping with payroll, running errands, and ensuring smooth operations for the landscaping business.
