Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a food production facility, fast paced restaurant etc.
Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Adaptable/flexible enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
Detail-oriented
