Full Time Cook: Monday-Friday No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays

Tired of working nights, weekends and holidays? Experience cooks' position available around the Jurupa Valley, Fontana and Riverside area. Hours are from 6:00am start to 2:30pm. Benefits include paid sick leave, vacation and holiday pay. Health benefit package options to fit your budget. At least 7 years + of institution cooking and prepping experience prefer. Main responsibility: assist with food prep and work at various food stations. You must have good knives skills and knowledge of standard kitchen procedures and use of equipment. Able to work clean, keep organized and work at a quick pace. Candidate is a team player and value great customer service and interactions with guests. Must assist other team members where-ever is needed. Assist with putting away food deliveries, assist with sanitation duties and uphold company safety policy. Understand portion and food temperature control. Must have a valid and up to date food handler card for the County of San Bernardino or Riverside. Has a positive attitude, be responsible and shows great initiative and preparation skills. Ensure food station is nicely presented and set up on time

Complete duties assigned in a thorough manner

Must have organization and multitasking abilities

Able to take constructive criticism and work with a lead team member.
