Servers:
-Excellent communication skills and be motivated with positive attitude
-Work well under pressure, punctual, committed and reliable
-3-5 shifts a week (Lunch Tue-Fri, Dinner Tue-Sun hours may vary)
-Ability to follow direction as well as attention to detail
-Knowledge of Japanese food, culture or language would be a plus
-If no experience, we will train the right person
-Must be able to lift 40 pounds
-Dress codes (No visible tattoos or body piercings)
Kitchen helper (Lunch & dinner)
-Cleaning (Mopping, sweeping, cleaning restroom)
-Food preparation (cutting, chopping, washing dishes etc.)
-Lunch shifts (Tue-Fri 11am-2:30pm)
-Ability to follow direction as well as attention to detail
-Kitchen experience preferred. If no experience, we will train the right person
-Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Sushi Helper:
-Must have experience as a sushi helper (minimum 1year)
-Prep for fish, vegees(Cutting, Cleaning)
-Able to make rolls, sushi and sashimi
-Speaks Japanese is a big plus
-Able to work in fast paced enviroment
-Can work well under pressure
-Neat, well-groomed, and energetic
-Must be able to lift 40 pounds
