Packing House Wines is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Manager to manage a seasonally focused dinner menu with an emphasis on quality. 30+/- hours a week (Wednesday- Sunday). We are a small business with a teamwork-driven environment and our primary focus is to offer quality services and goods. Lead Cook will be responsible for overall kitchen team success.
Requirements:
Experience as Kitchen Manager/ Sous Chef
Communication + People Management skills
Facilitate procurement of all kitchen goods
Responsible for collaborating in the development of seasonal menu items
Professional demeanor
Calm leader with a focus on teamwork
Weekend evening availability required
