What You’ll Do
Work the line during service: grilling, plating, and keeping tickets moving
Takeout: pack orders quickly and accurately
Assist & Prep: sausage prep/processing, sauces, sides, daily mise
Guest Interaction: talk through the menu, answer food questions, and help guests order confidently
Maintain clean stations and follow food safety standards

Prior line cook experience (scratch kitchen or BBQ a plus)
Strong knife skills and ability to work clean and efficiently
Team-first attitude, dependable, and takes pride in quality
