Registered Nurse Consultant for three 5-6 bed DDH facility for intellectually disabled in San Gabriel/Pomona Valley. Must be available to provide weekly visits to home to monitor all nursing, medication and health status of residents, provide training to staff, attend team meetings once a month, recap medication orders once a month. Hours flexible, must be able to work with minimal supervision and direction. Familiarity with Title 22 and Appendix J regulations desirable.
