Fenix Home Health in Temecula (Riverside County) is looking for a Registered Nurse licensed in California.
Job Responsibilities:
Work in an office setting
Occasionally visiting patients in the home setting to provide care
Contacting patient to schedule appointments
Communicating/reporting with office manager in regard to changes in patient’s level of care
Team oriented and able to take on tasks independently
2+ years' experience required
Qualities we look for this position: current active license, someone who takes initiative and works as part of a team, patient-centered care, organizational skills, time-management skills
Starting pay is $50/hr
