Hourly Wage: $17.50 – $19.25 (based on experience and qualifications)
Reports To: Administrator and owner/operator

Position Summary:
As a Level 4I Group Home Staff member, you will support residents with daily living skills, implement behavioral strategies, and help maintain a therapeutic and structured home environment. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, dependable, and passionate about helping others thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage residents in structured routines and activities
Support residents with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, and chores
Implement behavior support and crisis de-escalation plans consistently
Accurately document daily logs, incidents, and progress notes
Administer medication as directed (training provided)
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the home environment
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and case workers
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1–2 years of experience in group homes, behavioral health, or related settings (highly preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred or required based on site)
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and any state-required clearances
DSP 1 and DSP 2 certification preferred – or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
Crisis de-escalation and medication administration training (or willingness to complete)
Must be dependable, flexible, and able to manage challenging behaviors with professionalism
