About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Contents Restoration Supervisor to join our growing restoration team. In this role, you will oversee the safe and efficient relocation of furniture, equipment, and personal belongings from properties impacted by fire, water, or other disasters. The position requires a detail-oriented leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
You will coordinate directly with management and other restoration professionals to ensure that all items are handled with care, documented accurately, and relocated in line with overall project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of movers in packing, loading, transporting, and unloading items.
Ensure safe, secure handling of all belongings, minimizing risk of damage.
Coordinate logistics with management to align moving schedules with job timelines.
Conduct pre-move site assessments and develop efficient move plans.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records of all warehouse vaults and client contents.
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Train, mentor, and coach new team members.
Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the restoration team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in moving, logistics, or restoration a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Digitally literate and detail-oriented.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in moving/restoration environments a plus.
Knowledge of industry standards and handling protocols a plus.

Work Environment
Field-based role with frequent travel to active job sites.
Wage based on experience.
