Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee field crews, and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends job site management with customer communication and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations for multiple concrete restoration projects.
Oversee and support technicians in the field to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Help coordinate materials and equipment.
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Maintain accurate records for job completion, materials, and customer feedback.
You will also be working in the field with technicians.
Qualifications:
Experience in concrete work, restoration, or construction management preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable balancing office tasks with hands-on field work.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Must be fluent in English.
