Aleman Porter Services provides exceptional Day Porter Services for a variety of business and commercial properties, including property management companies, malls, hotels, offices, parking lots, and more. We are currently looking for dedicated groundskeepers/porters to join our team. This position is available immediately and will be for a 3-month contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Groundskeepers/ Porters are crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our apartment community properties.
Position: Groundskeeper/Porter
Type: 3-Month Contract (1099 Position)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Chino, CA area
JOB DUTIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General cleaning ( Sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.)
Basic janitorial duties, including ensuring bathroom cleanliness and trash pick-up throughout the property
Cleaning of office and community areas
Maintaining curbside appeal (including curbs and sidewalks)
Keeping streets, pools, laundry rooms, and play areas clean
Maintaining cleanliness around the leasing office
Ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
18 years of age or older
Able to lift at least 25 lbs
Reliable transportation (SUV or truck preferred)
An updated smartphone for taking high-quality pictures
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff
Must provide own equipment/supplies upon hiring
