NOW HIRING: Staffing Recruiters – IE & LA
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Staffing Recruiters to join our team. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment filling job orders for various clients.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish & English
Open and flexible schedule
Reliable transportation
Able to work in the Inland Empire (IE) and Los Angeles areas
Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry, applicant tracking systems, online job postings)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume recruiting
Must be dependable with strong follow-through
Prior staffing or recruiting experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates
Fill daily client orders quickly and accurately
Conduct interviews and background checks as needed
Maintain organized records and update applicant files
Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs
Assist with timecards and attendance tracking
Post job ads and manage online applications
Support onsite visits when required
