Boutique law firm seeking 0-2 year associate attorney for our civil litigation division, which handles primarily business, real estate, and trust disputes. This is a hybrid position with possible transition to fully remote.

Duties:
Meet with and advise clients; meet and confer with opposing counsel
Responsible for managing a diverse caseload in our civil litigation department from inception through trial under the guidance of senior attorney; will also handle some probate work
Law and motion; discovery; depositions
Make court appearances
Support other attorneys in other departments as necessary
Desired Skills and Experience Required:
JD; CA State Bar License
0-2 years of experience with some law and motion experience.
Personable; Detail-oriented; strong communication skills; strong research and writing skills; ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
