Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of litigation matters including employment law defense cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.
- Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies and case management.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
