We are a GROWING Workers’ Compensation law firm with offices throughout Southern California. We are looking for attorneys who are passionate, hardworking, and interested in learning and growing with the firm.
The ideal candidate MUST have at least one (1) year of experience with Workers’ Compensation law matters. Must be a multi-tasker with excellent written and communication skills and an upbeat attitude, prepared to take on new projects. Ability to speak Spanish fluently preferred.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
–– Drafting Applications
–– Drafting motions and other court criteria
–– Assist and support senior attorneys and partners in handling complex cases
–– Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
–– Interact with clients
–– Excellent research and writing skills is a MUST.
–– Attention to detail is a MUST.
–– Be proactive and positive. Candidate must be able to prioritize multiple duties quickly, be detail-oriented, organized, personable, eager to learn and enjoy giving the best client service possible.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. They must have 1+ years of experience with a Workers’ Compensation litigation law firm. Strong research and writing skills are a must.
