Drafting legal forms and pleadings
Preparing and filing court documents (eFile and in-person)
Communicating with clients and courts
Managing deadlines and case tracking
Assisting with estate planning, conservatorships, and divorce filings
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in probate and family law (not negotiable)
Familiarity with California Judicial Council forms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Schedule:
Part-time – 3 days per week, approx. 4 hours/day. I
