One of our clients in Riverside produces Military and Aerospace parts, they need a dedicated Quality Inspector to work in a fast paced environment that is detailed and organized. Inspect each material for surface imperfections
Using measuring tools like calipers or gauges to verify title size and thickness within specified tolerances and have worked with measuring tools
Perform specific tests as needed, handle all aspects of final inspection
Address and rectify problems communication all to Quality Manager
Ensuring all inspection procedures comply with established quality standards and company guidelines
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarize re-work and waste and inputs data into quality database, record inspection result on inspection first article
Must have good verbal and written skills in English language. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Attention to detail and very organized, Work under deadline-oriented environment
Blueprint reading, specifications, and inspection instructions, Analytical skills
Knowledge of MRP, QSM, system
Customer source inspection duties
Monitor the QA workload and perform inspection duties prioritized by due date.
Two plus years working experience in an aerospace inspection environment
Two plus years working experience in an aerospace inspection environment
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Must be able to pass BG, and a US Citizen
Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.+
