JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Flex Team Member in our warehouse operations. They will assist different departments, such as our Labeling Department, Fulfillment Department, and Post-Production Department.
Our ideal team member will have a ready-to-work mentality. Will support our teams with the eagerness to learn and adept quickly to sudden changes. You must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time in warehouse environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Great collaboration- we need a team player!
- Good Computer Skills- Nice to have
- Great accuracy- Make little to no mistakes while fulfilling a customer order(s)
- Must be able to carry at least 25 pounds
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work at a quick pace
- Fast learner- must be able to quickly adapt to fast-changing needs and assignments
- Strong multi-tasking skills
REQUIRMENTS
- Reports to the Operations Manager
- Process and ship all new orders as they come in
- Communicate with your designated team, varies by project
- Communicate with your Manager, varies by project
- Be aware of your duties and responsibilities based on the team you are assisting
- Be open to support another Team's duties and/or assignments
- Must keep your station clean!
- Assist with packaging Assist with fulfilling orders
- Pick, pack, process, and ship customer orders
- Meet daily quotas
