Looking for a hard working full or part time manager for an apartment complex in San Bernardino
The apartment manager would be responsible for the daily operations such as:
-Showing vacant units to prospective tenants
-Processing applications and making leases and maintaining tenant files
-Establishing and enforcing property rules
-Dealing with tenant complaints and issues
-Overseeing maintenance repairs and services
Prefer someone with computer literacy, good communication and interpersonal skills
