Home Renovation Project Coordinator Assistant

We are a growing residential renovation company looking for a Project Coordinator Assistant to help manage and streamline our projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a construction background, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating job sites, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
Track job progress, update reports, and maintain project documentation
Order materials, verify deliveries, and ensure proper inventory management
Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and processing weekly subcontractor payments
Handle administrative tasks, such as emails, permits, and change orders
Occasionally visit job sites to verify work and provide updates
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, project management, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
