Legal Assistant position available for small Personal Injury boutique firm in San Dimas.
Must be flexible and available to work Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (timing may vary depending on the nature of the work day)
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Processing/scanning incoming and outgoing mail
Manage incoming calls
Data entry on database
Filing/e-filing documents
Scheduling appointments
Must have communication and organization skills
Social media experience is a plus
Assist with client intakes
Assist with special projects as needed
