Job Description:
Automotive and Motorcycle manufacturing company looking for an experienced Office Admin/Bookkeeper to help improve our procedures and processes. This position will grow into the office manager position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Invoice, Bill, and collect payment for all outgoing orders
Maintain all AR/AP
Provide customers with shipment notifications and tracking information
Maintain all Quality Management activities related to office
Daily invoice logging
Help maintain MRP/ERP Software
Detect and resolve problems with incorrect orders, invoices, and shipments
Contacting and replying customers' questions and issues related to billing
Other work as required as we organize and implement new office procedures
Required Qualifications:
5 years experience in Billing or Bookkeeping
Motived, Thorough, Very Organized, Detail Oriented, and follows through with tasks (These are the most important)
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with ISO is a plus but not required. Will Train
