We are a subcontractor looking for a reliable compliance coordinator.
Duties:
Review, draft, and manage contracts for new construction projects
Ensure compliance with local municipalities, labor regulations, and company policies
Monitor contract milestones and deliverables/invoicing
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and legal counsel as needed.
Maintain organized records of all contracts and compliance documentation
Identify and mitigate contractual risks
Data Entry
OCIP
Answering phones
Other misc. tasks as needed
