Data Entry Clerk

This Data Entry position is responsible for providing general office and clerical services to all departments within the Company in compliance with the goals and procedures of the function.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Gathering and tracking invoices, statements, reports,

Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.

Correct errors and organize the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.

Creating accurate spreadsheets.

Entering and updating information into relevant databases.

Managing additional duties from time to time.

Builds rapport with customers and works to ensure they receive excellent service.

Uses computer database for data entry and inventory to retrieve necessary customer information, and purchase order status

Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

Ability to maintain good customer relations.

Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems.

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) knowledge

One year of experience in customer service or order processing is required.

Familiar with QuickBooks
