Seeking a full-time office/admin with auto body experience. We are located in Montclair, California. This position plays an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of the company. We are looking for an individual who has excellent communicating skills, is punctual, reliable, works well with others and is professionally friendly.
Hours are Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Assist clients on the phone and in person.
Assess and assist with customer concerns, routing to Management.
Communicating thoroughly with the team regarding customer updates
Updating customers on daily basis regarding their vehicle.
Taking payments for customer repairs.
Data entry and filing important documentation.
Calling on Accounts Receivable.
Attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written is a must.
Organizations, multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment.
Personable, friendly demeanor with top notch customer service approach to internal and external customers.
Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge with CCC Software and excel.
Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a must.
Ability to create and log data.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years body shop experience preferred.
Phone and email communication.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize in fast-paced environment.
Complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Confident self-starter who works well independently and as a team player.
