NOW HIRING: Part-Time Office Secretary (Construction)

Advance Iron Works is a custom ornamental ironwork company that designs, fabricates, and installs balconies, fencing, entry motor systems, gates, railings, and more at both residential and commercial properties.

We are currently looking to hire a part-time Office Secretary to support our growing operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction office administration who’s organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day office tasks.

Location: Lake Elsinore, CA.

Schedule: Part-Time – Starting at 3 days per week (Weekdays only)

Pay: Based on experience

Job Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones, emails, and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Scheduling installations and coordinating with field crews.

Preparing and organizing estimates, invoices, job files, and permits.

Tracking project timelines, job orders, and material deliveries.

Assisting with payroll prep and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Maintaining office supplies and keeping operations organized.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Construction industry office experience (required or strongly preferred).

Strong skills in organization, communication, and multi-tasking.

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and other office software.

Confidence communicating with contractors, suppliers, and customers.

A dependable, detail-focused, and self-motivated personality.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
