Office Administration Clerk

Insurance Tax office looking for a bilingual office assistant/clerk. Experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train.

Office hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm; Saturdays may need to be worked occasionally from 10am - 3pm

Job Responsibilities:

-Work on Payable/Receivable accounts.

- Accounting and Bookepping.

-DMV partner responsibilities.

- Answer telephone calls and take messages as appropriate.

- Greet and welcome each visitor in a friendly and professional manner.

- Ensure that office area is organized and clean.

- Filing, scanning, and copying duties.

- General office duties

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate: Fluent in English and Spanish, positive attitude, fast learner, honest and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of computers, Word and Excel, and other computer programs. Good customer service skills.
