Part-Time Office Assistant
20 hours a week
$20.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
Monday thru Friday
2pm to 6pm
We are looking to hire a part-time office assistant to support the office and Sales team in the following tasks.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and assisting clients with questions and concerns
- Schedule necessary appointments
- Accepting payments and generating receipts
- Assisting event crew with event preparation
- Providing Management with daily reports
- Other Various clerical tasks asked by Management.
Skills Required
- Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Communication and customer service Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of office experience required.
- Must be a fast learner.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Knowledge of office equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain and accurately inform information to team.
- Excellent organization with documents and inventory.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
