Seeking Office Administrator/Personal Assistant

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time with Potential to Full-Time)

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide some personal assistance to the owners. This full-time role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, as well as a professional demeanor and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage financial data using property management and accounting systems

Ensure bills are paid and sent on time

Answer, log, and make phone calls to vendors and tenants

Report issues and tenant concerns promptly to management

Provide timely updates to management

Maintain a clean and presentable office space

Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Professional behavior and dress

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working with people; strong phone and email etiquette

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and QuickBooks

Knowledge of Excel is a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Bilingual abilities are a plus
