Office Administrator - Growing Pest Control Company
$18-22/hour Full-Time Upland, CA
Established family-owned pest control company (nearly 10 years) seeks experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a stable, recession-resistant industry.
What You'll Do:
Answer phones and schedule termite inspections, pest control services
Process invoicing and maintain customer records using Gorilla Desk
Generate termite reports and handle compliance reporting
Coordinate with field staff via Microsoft Teams
Manage customer inquiries and emergency service requests
What We Offer:
$18-22/hour based on experience
Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
