We are seeking a Park Manager for a small 22 space permanent resident mobile home park located in Ontario California.
General duties would include:
Rent Collection
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Enforcement of property rules and regulations
Post Delinquent notices
Show spaces / give applications to prospective tenants on as needed basis.
Regular cleaning of a small park laundry facility.
Position would include a small stipend, free employee housing via a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home, and includes all utilities as part of the compensation.
