Banning Mountain View Estates is looking for a part time position for a manager to help assist running the everyday operations. We are looking for a long term employment for an induvial who is looking for this type specific job or who has worked in the industry and willing to learn.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Checking all emails, Phone messages and mailbox daily and respond daily. When packages are delivered to park
Manager will notify corporate as to when received and location of packages So other employees know where the
item is.
2. Clean public areas in the park which include recreation room, bathrooms, and laundry room on a daily basis.
3. Park manager will be on call for emergencies only that concern the park.
4. Be available for rent week (1st thru the 7th), collect checks, enter in QuickBooks, update drobox as well as make
sure all deposits are correct.
5. Handle all meter read corrections no later than next day from being received as well as update QuickBooks with
meter reads for customer billing.
6. Have a strong knowledge of the “Mobile Home Residency Law” each year as required by the HCD governing body.
7. Close laundry after work at 7pm on a daily basis as well as open and close 7am to 7pm on weekends. If unable to do
because of vacations and or park manager has other conflicts, contact corporate. ( as of now we have a resident
doing this task.)
8. Able to work with tenants to resolve issues and build relationships for a great park with a good community.
9. Manager will also work with maintenance person in the park on projects and use communication skills to
effectively work with maintenance in a cohesively manner on projects that may require assistance.
